Why are my side cameras (B and C) showing black and white images, while the front and rear cameras are in color?

Side cameras switch to black/white when infrared night vision activates automatically in low light. To force color mode, go to Settings → IR LED and turn it off.

Can I monitor my car remotely or access video from the N900Ultra when I’m away from the vehicle?

The N900Ultra is not a cloud dash cam. You can only access its footage when your phone is within 5 m (about 16 ft) of the camera, similar to a home Wi‑Fi signal. Remote monitoring and cloud uploads are not supported.

Why can't my phone connect to the WIFI in the dash cam?

If phone can't detect camera, turn off Cellular/Mobile Data (may interfere with WiFi). For any setup or app issues, contact Neideso support.

What are the key usage precautions for the Driver Fatigue Monitoring System (DMS) on my dashcam?

To ensure proper operation of the DMS, the camera must be positioned to face the driver directly. During driving, please do not wear sunglasses, as they may interfere with eye and facial tracking and trigger false fatigue alerts.

Do I need to buy additional kits for 24-hour recording?
