Can I wear the splint with shoes?

Most bunion splints are designed for indoor use (while relaxing or sleeping) and not recommended for use with shoes.

What if I find it uncomfortable?

You may not feel comfortable at first, but after 1–2 sessions, your feet will adjust, and the splint should feel much better. If discomfort persists, try adjusting the fit or reducing wear time.

How long can I wear it each time?

We suggest starting with 30 minutes per day and gradually increasing to 1–3 hours per session. Once you feel comfortable, you can wear it while relaxing, reading, or even sleeping.
